GREEN TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE MEETING SCHEDULE
FOR January 2026 THROUGH February 2027
WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-19 requires that every public body shall post and maintain posted throughout the year for the purpose of public inspection, a schedule of the regular meetings of the public body to be held during the succeeding year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Land Use Board of the Township of Green, that public meetings of the Green Township Land Use Board shall be held during 2026 on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Municipal Building, 150 Kennedy Road in Green Township as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above schedule and any revision thereof shall be posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building, published in the New Jersey Herald, transmitted to the Star Ledger and upon prepayment of mailing and processing costs, to all persons requesting copies of such schedule or any revision thereof. As of March 1, 2026 any revisions thereof shall only be posted at www.greentwp.com under the Public Notice Tab.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.
