TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE

The Township Committee meets on the second and fourth Monday of each
month at 8:00pm. The Township has only one meeting a month during the
months of June, July, & August. Township Committee Minutes and Agendas
will remain on the web site for three months and be replaced after the third

Denise Stagnari, Township Clerk/Administrator retired on April 30th after 19+ years of excellent service to Green Township. Denise replaced Lynn Stanzlaus, the previous Township Clerk. Linda Peralta was hired beginning on May 1, 2008 to replace Denise.

PLANNING BOARD

The Planning Board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30pm.
Planning Board Minutes and Agendas will remain on the web site
for three months and be replaced after the third month.
The minutes are approved by the Board at the regular meeting and are not official until that meeting.

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm. Zoning Board of Adjustment Minutes and Agendas will remain on the web site for three months and be replaced after the third month. The minutes are approved by the Board at the regular meeting and are not official until that meeting.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for May 1, 2008 has been cancelled. The next regular meeting is June 5, 2008.

BOARD OF HEALTH

The Board of Health meets on an as needed schedule.
Board of Health Minutes and Agendas will remain on the web site,
after approved, for three months and be replaced after the third month.
In the event the Board meets only once a year, the minutes will remain
until the next meeting.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Environmental Advisory Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Planning Board on environmental impacts of land use in the municipality in an effort to ensure that planning reflects consideration of natural resources and quality of life. Groundwater preservation is the current focus of activity.

The Environmental Advisory Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm

RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Recreation Advisory Committee develops and administers Township recreational programs and activities for all residents. The Recreation Advisory Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm. Meetings are subject to change - contact the Municipal Building.

The Historical Society meets on the third Monday at 7:30pm in the Lower Level of the Municipal Building during the months of March, April, May, September, October, and November.
