PLANNING BOARD APPLICATIONS

Planning Board applications for minor subdivision, preliminary major subdivision, final major subdivision, preliminary/final site plan and minor site plan are listed below. You may print out a copy of whatever application you need to file with the Board. If you require the Variance checklist, go to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and print out their forms. The deadline for filing with the Planning Board is 30 days prior to the meeting and the meetings are the second Thursday of the month. Call the Planning Board Secretary at 908-852-9333 Ext. 13 for the required application and escrow fees.
